Terms of Service

By accessing or using U-Gen (u-gen.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZyncAI Systems ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of U-Gen.

To use U-Gen, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account • One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted • You are responsible for all activity under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

U-Gen operates on a prepaid credit system: • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating videos • Credit prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice • Unused credits do not expire as long as your account is active • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of platform-caused failures • If a job fails due to a platform error, reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance • Auto-topup, if enabled, will charge your stored payment method when your balance falls below your configured threshold

Your Inputs: You retain full ownership of all content you provide, including product images, product names, descriptions, and custom scripts. Generated Content: You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit all AI-generated content (videos, scripts, images) created through your account. Our Rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated data about platform usage to improve our AI models and services. We will not use your specific content for training without your explicit consent.

U-Gen uses artificial intelligence to generate video content. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or imperfections • Generated content should not be used for regulated claims (medical, legal, financial) without independent verification • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before publishing • AI-generated personas are fictional and do not represent real individuals • Generated voices are AI-synthesized and should be disclosed as such where required by applicable law

You agree not to use U-Gen to: • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene • Create misleading content that impersonates real individuals without their consent • Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology • Circumvent rate limits, credit requirements, or access controls • Use automated tools to access the platform beyond our documented API • Resell or redistribute the platform itself (generated content may be freely used) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

U-Gen may integrate with third-party platforms for social media posting (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook). When you connect these accounts: • You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service • We act as your authorized agent to publish content you approve • We are not responsible for content removal or account actions taken by third-party platforms • You may disconnect integrations at any time from your settings

The U-Gen platform, including its user interface, technology, AI models, brand, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ZyncAI Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform itself. This does not restrict your rights to content generated through the platform as described in Section 4.

U-Gen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZyncAI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. In case of termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
