Personas

U-Gen includes 500 AI personas — photorealistic characters that present your product in UGC-style videos. Each persona has a defined appearance, voice style, and category that shapes how they appear on camera.

Special Characters

The library includes 20 special personas (robots, mascots, fantasy characters) alongside the 480 realistic personas. Filter by the “gaming” category to find them.

Voice Override

Each persona has a default voice. You can pick a different voice in the Advanced step of the wizard — the job-level voice always takes priority.

Interaction modes

When creating a video, you choose how the persona interacts with your product. This is selected on Step 1 of the wizard:

Hold or present the product

Persona picks up and shows the product. Phones, bottles, cosmetics, or anything the persona can pick up.

Showcase on a surface

Product stays in place while persona presents it. Furniture, appliances, or large items that stay in place.

Wear or try on

Persona wears the product throughout the video. Jewelry, clothing, watches, sunglasses, accessories.

Taste or enjoy

Persona tastes, sips, or enjoys the product. Food, drinks, supplements.

Touch and interact

Persona interacts with the product on a surface. Keyboards, tablets, skincare, products the persona touches.

Anchor Frame

The persona's reference image is used as context when generating the first keyframe (the anchor). All subsequent keyframes chain from the anchor to maintain visual consistency — same face, lighting, and environment throughout the video.
